I have always wanted to visit The Taj Mahal because of its great architectural brilliance. The Burj Al Arab hotel is another great sight. What are the places you have always wanted to visit?

I want to go back to Germany. I was there in the '80's and, if you're an architect buff, Germany is heaven. Some of the older, mid sized towns have buildings that will leave you in awe.

I've been to Germany and it really is beautiful. Denmark and Sweden were interesting, too, but not on the same level as Germany. Rome is the next place in Europe I would like to visit. I think the Vatican will be architecturally stunning.

A friend of mine told me that Dubai has some stunning architecture. She had to go there for her job for a few months and she sent me some really amazing photos. For me, though, I'd rather go older and visit Paris to see the Notre Dame Cathedral or the Louvre Pyramid.

Being an absolute archeology nerd, Egypt tops my list! The grandeur of the pyramids and columns amidst the sands just calls out beautifully to my spirit.

Castles!! I have always dreamed of traveling to Europe, seeing, touring and spending the night in a castle. Ireland and Germany have the most intriguing castles I know of. The anticipation of climbing the towers, finding secret rooms and passages just draws me.

I heard once that Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin fame used to own a Scottish castle, and that it was haunted. Don't know if there's much truth to that, but European castles fascinate me as well.

I'm with you on this one. I don't find architecture in the middle of desert landscapes all that appealing. There seems to be something un-authentic about it all. Like putting a castle in Antarctica. What's the point?

There is a palace in Istanbul that I have only seen on TV and in pictures and it looks amazing. It's called Dolmabahce. It used to belong to one of the Sultans in Turkey during the Ottoman Empire age.

I would love to see how it looks like inside.

I've been to Rome, Florence and Venice, all awesome. I would also love to see Germany. Greece holds a certain allure with all of the ancient ruins. However, I really would like to see Jerusalem, not so much for the great architecture, which I'm sure would be nice, but also to visit where Jesus once walked, mind boggling.
